摘要
通过对抗病性及生理生化性状的遗传分析表明:抗性及生理生化性状的一般配合力和特殊配合力均重要,但是一般配合力数值远大于特殊配合力数值。例如病情指数的一般配合力与特殊配合力的比值为99,说明一般配合力比特殊配合力更重要。抗性及其相关性状的狭义遗传力和广义遗传力均较高,这与配合力的遗传分析结果具有一致的趋势。除此之外,在抗病性杂种优势的分析中,不同抗性亲本配制的F1代,杂种优势均不强。
Genetic analysis of physiochemical characters related to resistance demonstrated that both general combining ability and special combining ability were important. But the average of general combining ability markedly larger than special combining ability. For example, general combining ability of disease index was ninetynine times as large as its special combining ability. Heretability (both broad and narrow sense) had great estimations. The result was in accordance with the genetic analysis of combining ability. In addition, heterosise of F1 generation obtained by different resistant parents were not large.
