哒螨灵和克螨特对蔬菜红蜘蛛的毒力测定

Toxicity of Pyridaben and Propargite to Red Spiders on Vegetable

利用浸渍玻片法测定了哒螨灵、克螨特对蔬菜红蜘蛛自然种群的毒力。结果表明:哒螨灵毒力明显高于克螨特,哒螨灵LC50为0.5503 mg/L,克螨特为201.7568 mg/L,其毒性为克螨特的366倍。当哒螨灵为5 mg/kg、克螨特为1280 mg/kg时,红蜘蛛死亡率可达100%。

The toxicity of 91.5% pyridaben （powder） and 86.8% proparghe （oil） to red spiders collected from vegetable field was tested using the method of dipping glass sliee into serial dilutions. The result showed that the toxicity of pyridaben was 366 times that of propargite, LC50 of the former was 0. 5503 mg/L and the later 201. 7568 mg/L. Under the concentration of pyridaben 5mg/kg and proparghe 1 280 mg/kg,the mortality rate was 100%.
