白灵菇母种培养基筛选研究 被引量:1

摘要 用平板培养的方法,通过改变PDA培养基、玉米粉培养基的中的有机成分及含量,观察白灵菇菌丝生长量和菌落状况,确定不同培养基对白灵菇菌丝生长的影响。结果表明:在不同培养基上菌丝萌发的先后顺序为:含有蛋白胨的改良PDA培养基、玉米粉培养、PDA培养基。玉米粉培养基上的生长速率最大。最终筛选出白灵菇菌丝体生长的最适培养基为:玉米粉20 g,MgSO41 g,KH2PO41 g,蛋白胨1 g。 Different types of flat culture medium for this experiment were PDA medium, corn powder, and improved PDA medium. Changed the amount of organic components in these basic medium and observed the growth of Pleurotus nebrodensis which was indicated by hyphal growth and the situation of colonies so that found out the effects of different medium on Pleurotus .ebrode.sis. The results showed that hyphae firstly germinated on the improved PDA medium with protein peptone followed with the germination on corn powder medium, and the final germination happened on the PDA meclium; the highest growth rate was on the corn powder medium. So the selected optimum medium for the hyphal growth of Pleurotus nebrode.sis was 20.0 g corn powder+ 1.0 g MgSO4 + 1.0 g KH2 PO4 + 1.0 g protein peptone.
