微量元素异常与不良妊娠结局的关系初探 被引量:21

摘要 目的:探讨不良妊娠孕妇以及新生儿血微量元素铁(Fe)、铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)水平与妊娠结局的关系。方法:应用原子吸收光谱法对40例正常妊娠孕妇及其新生儿(正常妊娠组)、49例先兆流产孕妇及其新生儿(先兆流产组),以及18例死胎妊娠孕妇(死胎组)血微量元素Fe、Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd水平进行检测。结果:先兆流产组以及死胎组孕妇血Pb浓度显著高于正常妊娠组(P<0.01),Cu、Zn浓度明显低于正常妊娠组(P<0.05),且死胎组孕妇血Cd浓度明显高于正常妊娠组(P<0.05)。先兆流产组新生儿血Pb浓度明显高于正常妊娠组新生儿(P<0.01),Fe、Cu、Zn浓度明显低于正常妊娠组新生儿(P<0.05),而Cd浓度正常妊娠组与先兆流产组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:孕妇及胎儿体内微量元素Fe、Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd水平异常可能是引起不良妊娠结局的原因之一,建议孕妇进行血微量元素水平检测。
