摘要
目的:探讨倍美盈应用于绝经过渡期妇女的症状改善情况及安全性。方法:观察118例41~45岁绝经过渡期妇女,其中108例妇女月经血量减少、月经周期延长、经期缩短;10例月经周期缩短、经期延长、经血量增多。114例妇女伴有不同程度的更年期症状。均服用倍美盈12个月,用药前后测定血E2、FSH以及子宫内膜的厚度。观察月经情况、更年期症状缓解情况。结果:月经血量减少、月经周期延长、经期缩短者服药后,月经改善情况良好。月经周期缩短、经期延长、经血量增多者月经改善不显著。更年期症状均有明显缓解,血清E2用药后比用药前明显增高(P<0.05),FSH无显著性差异。子宫内膜用药前后无明显增厚。结论:倍美盈应用于绝经过渡期妇女改善更年期症状,解除由于月经血量少的心理压力,应用安全,深受广大绝经过渡期妇女的欢迎。
Objective: To study the clinical use of premelle cycle among the women in the transit times of menopause, to observe the melioration of symptom and security of the drug. Methods: 118 womem aged 41 -45 years in the transit times of menopause were observed, 108 cases had decreased menstrual blood volume, prolonged menstrual cycle, shortened menstruation; 10 cases had shortened menstrual cycle, prolonged menstruation, and increased menstrual blood volume. 114 cases accompanied with different degree of climacteric symptoms. Blood E2 , FSH and endometrial thickness were detected before and after treatment for 12 months to observe menstruation, alleviation of symptoms. Results: After using the drug, women who had symptoms of reduced menstrual blood volume, prolonged menstrual cycle and shortened menstruation had improvement of menstruation ; but the women who had shortened menstrual cycle, prolonged menstruationand and increased menstrual blood volume had a bit melioration. The symptom of climacterium of all cases meliorated significantly. After using the drug, the concentration of E2 in serum increased obviously than that before. While, no obvious difference was found in the concentration of FSH before and after using the drug. Thickness of endometrium had no difference before and after using the drug. Conclusion: Using premelle cycle in the women in transit times could meliorate climacteric symptom and release psychological stress induced by the reduction of menstrual blood volume, which is safety, practical and is welcomed popularly.
