铬钼铸铁基镀铬层微网纹结构与特性 被引量:1

摘要 为解决直升机发动机传动系中铬钼铸铁金属零件表面防腐、耐磨与贮油润滑问题,采用电镀工艺中的镀铬技术,电沉积铬膜.试验采用不同镀铬液配方,优选三组温度、电流密度等工艺参数,制得镀铬试样,利用X射线(XRD)等表征方法,研究了试件镀层的组织结构及成分,并对不同试件的性能进行检测.研究了镀铬工艺参数对铬钼铸铁涨圈松孔镀铬网纹结构、镀层质量与润滑耐磨性能的影响.结果表明,铬钼铸铁基体电镀铬涂层的电解液温度控制在56±2℃,电流密度40±5A/dm2,能得到硬度高、镀层厚、光亮度好的耐磨镀层.镀层铬晶型结构为体心立方,晶型稳定,耐蚀性好,且贮油润滑所需镀层形成的网纹深度满足技术要求. In order to solve the questions the surface of metal parts( chromium molybdenum cast iron body) meet the needs of corrosion-resisting ,wear-resisting and lubricating for the drive system of helicopter engine, uses the chrome-plating technology in the plating. This experiment uses two kinds of composition, three groups of temperature and current parameter. The microstructure, composition, hardness, thickness, lubrication, wear-resisting, corrosion resisting property and hydrogen brittleness...etc, of the samples of chrome-plating are studied in detail by such methods as X-ray, SEM etc. Combined with corresponding theory, the effect of chrome-plating technology, composition and parameters on the chrome-plating film quality and performance is studied and the best technological parameter range has been found. At 40± 5A/dm^2, 56 ± 2℃, the films are shining, harder having good wear-resisting and lubricating property.
