摘要
针对汽车控制系统中对减少线束和较低成本的要求,提出了一种基于MOTOROLA芯片的CAN总线车门控制系统解决方案.详细介绍了CAN总线技术在车门模块中的应用,并给出了中央处理器电路、电机控制电路和软件设计思想.采用积分算法作为控制车门玻璃防夹的依据.经试验表明,总线上数据传输准确、可靠,能够达到预期的控制效果.
Aimed at the demand of reduce vehicle track tie inside and decline cost in the vehicle control sys- tem, a solution of the body light control system based on CAN bus is put forward. This paper introduces the CAN bus' application in the vehicle' s door controlling system, and the hardware of central processing unit circuit, the hardware of electric machinery controlling system and the software idea are given. Used integral arithmetic as the evidence of guarding against window blocking of vehicle door. The result of the experiment indicates that data transfer is accurate and reliable and the control solution can reach the anticipant purpose.
