摘要
对番茄渣皮、籽在水力旋流器内的运动进行了理论分析,依据番茄籽的物理特性设计确定了番茄渣皮、籽分离的旋流器的结构形式和主要技术参数,并通过实验进一步研究了操作参数与分离性能之间的关系。
The movement of tomato skin and tomato seed in hydrocyclone are analyzed. The device for separating skin and seed of tomato residue --hydrocyclone structure and main technical parameters was developed according to physical properties of tomato seed, and separating properties to the change of operate parameters were measured through experiment.
