摘要
厚壁大直径不锈钢管的扩径推弯成型是无缝弯头成型的难点。针对φ406.4mm×32mm-R610mm的厚壁0Cr18Ni9Ti钢管弯头扩径推湾成型过程,校核了芯棒的强度,提出了芯棒的合理材质及加工方法,确定了芯棒的形状、温度分布及成型管还与感应圈之间的间隙等。经生产验证,其结果合理可行。
Expanding /push-thending formation is the hardnut in forming process of seamless steel elbow with large-sized, heavy-walled stainless steel tube as blank. Based on the expanding/ push-bending formation of the elbow with the φ4O6.4mm × 32mm-R610mm, heavy-walled 0Cr18Ni9Ti steel tube as blank, calibration of the mandrel strength was made, and proper material of the mandrel and processing method were proposed. The mandrel profile, temperature distribution as well as clerance of the induction coil were also determined. Relevand operation practice has proven the effecativeness of all the said research results.
