摘要
采用机械共混法制备超细石墨/氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)复合材料,研究超细石墨用量对超细石墨/HNBR复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,超细石墨用量对复合材料的硫化特性影响不大;随着超细石墨用量的增大,复合材料的邵尔A型硬度变化不大,100%定伸应力增大,拉伸强度和拉断伸长率减小,撕裂强度有所降低,体积磨耗量先增大后减小;当超细石墨用量达到40份时,复合材料的摩擦因数明显减小。
A submicrometer-graphite/HNBR composite was prepared by mechanical blending method,and the effects of the addition level of submicrometer-graphite on the properties of the composite were investigated. The results showed that the addition level of submicrometer-graphite had little effect on the curing behavior of the composite; the Shore A hardness of the composite changed a little,the tensile strength, elongation at break and tear strength decreased, and the abrasion loss increased at first and then decreased as the addition level of submicrometer-graphite increased; the friction coefficient of this material decreased significantly when 40 phr submicrometer-graphite was used.
