摘要
指出了以维氏硬度压痕破碎边数分级评定渗氮与氮碳共渗层脆性的局限性。介绍了一种新型涂层压入仪的工作原理,运用该压入仪采用连续压入法评定W18Cr4V高速钢离子渗氮与离子氮碳共渗层脆性。结果表明,该方法评定脆性精度高、简单易行。
The limitation is pointed out for assessing brittleness by the number of spalled sides of Vikers test indent for the nitrided and nitricarburized layers. A new type of coating indentation apparatus is introduced. The brittleness of the plasama of W18Cr4V high speed steel is measured by continuous indentation loading on the new apparatus. The results shows that the new method has a high precision and is easy to be performed for measuring and assessing the treated layer s brittleness.
