摘要
提出根据齿轮啮合原理用矢量矩阵法设计加工摆线齿轮的滚刀齿形,并分析了滚刀加工齿轮时的啮合界限点,用计算机计算出摆线齿轮滚刀的齿形曲线。
The vector matrix method of evaluating the tooth shape of hobbers for machining cycloid gears is put forward, and the extremum points of mash of the hobber in machining are analyzed. The tooth shape curve of the hobber is calculated with computer.
