Research Progress on the Extraction and Purification of Cordycepin from Cordyceps militaris

介绍了蛹虫草中虫草素的提取分离和纯化工艺,对虫草素提取富集的主要研究进展进行了综述。指出目前对虫草素分离采用的主要方法是离子交换树脂法和硅胶柱层析法,对虫草素的主要检测方法是高效液相色谱法、色质联用法和毛细管电泳法。并对膜分离技术在虫草素提取分离上的应用进行了展望。

The extraction, separation and purification process of cordycepin from Cordyceps militaris are introduced mainly and the research progress on the extraction and enrichment technology of cordycepin is summarized. The maijor method to separate cordycepin from C. militaris is ionic exchanging resin and silica gel column chromatography at present. The common detecting method of cordycepin is HPLC, LC/MS, CE. The application of membrane separating technology in cordycepin extraction and separation is prospected.
