企业供应链中牛鞭效应的系统思考

摘要 本文对企业供应链的牛鞭效应进行系统分析,从系统的角度刻画出引起此效应的系统循环图,并在此基础上对怎样削减供牛鞭效应进行了剖析,提出解决长鞭效应的关键杠杆解。
