烤烟烟叶主要化学成分含量偶合相关及其空间分布 被引量:1

Coincided Correlation of Chemical Components of Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves and Its Position Distribution

摘要 通过多因子复合处理田间小区试验,研究了烤烟型烟叶主要化学成分含量的偶合相关及其空间分布。结果表明,在留20有效叶条件下,偶合相关烟碱含量≤1.5%、糖/碱值≥15.4、氮/碱值≥1.4、钾/碱值≥1.0组合型烟叶和烟碱含量1.5%~2.0%、糖/碱值12.2~15.4、氮/碱值1.1~1.4、钾/碱值0.7~1.0组合型的烟叶主要分布于1~5叶位层;烟碱含量2.0%~3.0%、糖/碱值7.4~12.2、氮/碱值0.7~1.1、钾/碱值0.3~0.7组合型的烟叶主要分布于6~10叶位层(现蕾打顶可达1~15叶位层);烟碱含量3.0%~3.5%、糖/碱值5.9~7.4、氮/碱值0.6~0.7、钾/碱值0.2~0.3组合型的烟叶主要分布于11~15叶位层;烟碱含量≥3.5%、糖/碱值≤5.9、氮/碱值≤0.6、钾/碱值≤0.2组合型的烟叶则主要分布于16~20叶位层。偶合化学品质性状组合的叶位层分布并不因打顶时期由现蕾推迟至开花而打破或移位,但增加或减少有效留叶数可导致偶合品质性状叶位层分布的扩伸与移位,适宜性偶合化学品质性状组合分布的叶位数的减少。开花打顶较现蕾打顶偶合组合(Ⅱ)和偶合组合(Ⅲ)叶位间扩伸范围趋窄,相关偶合组合品级1~5叶位层趋降、6~15叶位层趋升、16~20叶位层未变。 The position distribution of quality characters in leaves of flue-cured tobacco was studied through field trials. The results showed that coincided with the nicotine contents of ≤1.5%, the values of sugar/nicotine, nitrogen/nicotine and K2O/nicotine were ≥15.4, ≥1.4 and ≥1.0, respectively. Coincided with the nicotine contents of 1.5%-2.0%, the values of sugar/nicotine, nitrogen/nicotine and K2O/nicotine were 12.2-15.4, 1.1-1.4 and 0.7-1.0 (Ⅱ), respectively. Coincided with the nicotine contents of 2.0%-3.0%, the values of sugar/nicotine, nitrogen/nicotine and K2O/nicotine were 7.4-12.2, 0.7-1.1 and 0.3-0.7 (Ⅲ), respectively. Coincided with the nicotine contents of 3.0%-3.5%, the values of sugar/nicotine, nitrogen/nicotine and K2O/nicotine were 5.9-7.4, 0.6-0.7 and 0.2-0.3 (Ⅳ), respectively; coincided with the nicotine contents of ≥3.5%, the values of sugar/nicotine, nitrogen/nicotine and K20/nicotine were ≤5.9,≤0.6 and≤0.2 (Ⅴ), respectively. Ⅰ- Vdistributed at the 1 - 5th, 1 - 5th, 6 - 10th, 11 - 15th and 16 - 20th leaves under the condition of 20 leaves remained after topping, respectively. The leaf position distribution of coincided chemical quality character combination would not change with the time of topping. Changing the amounts of remained leaves after topping would result in the changing of the position distribution, and ulteriorly lead to the decrease of the leaf position distribution of suitable coincided chemical quality character combination. Under the treatments of flower topping, chemical quality character coincided combination might become more suitable at 6-15th leaves, and would not change at 16-20th leaves or become lower at 1-5th leaves.
