摘要
通过不同浓度、不同分散剂以及纤维表面化学改性对碳纤维分散性影响的探讨,研究了碳纤维在水中的分散性能。研究结果表明,PEO与CPAM均能明显提高碳纤维的分散性,尤以CPAM为好;碳纤维经过表面化学改性后,表面产生更多的活性基团,进一步提高了纤维的分散性能。
The influences of various consistency, dispersants and surface treatment on the dispersing properties of carbon fiber in water were investigated. The results show that PEO and CPAM can visibly improve the dispersion of carbon fibers, especially CPAM. After being chemically modifided, the active groups on the surface of carbon fibers increased, and the dispersing perfomance of carbon fibers was modified further.
