摘要
简要介绍一套引进的日产500t新闻纸废纸脱墨浆系统的筛选设备的工作原理和设备结构。筛选系统包括三道孔径为1.2mm的粗筛和三道缝宽为0.15mm的细筛。这套筛选设备运行性能较好,脱墨浆的质量能够满足高速纸机抄造新闻纸的要求,脱墨浆产量可达550t/d,超过设计能力10%以上。
The operational principle and the structure of a set of screening equipment were introduced in a 500 t/d deinking pulp system imported for newsprint production. The screening system includes 3 sets of coarse screener with the perforation of diameter 1.2mm and 3 sets of fine sreener with the slot width of 0.15mm. The sreening system runs well and DIP quality can meet the needs of high speed newsprint paper machine. The DIP output can reach 550t/d, over 10% of designing capacity exceeded.
