3-烷基-4-氨基-5-巯基-1,2,4-三唑衍生物的合成及表征

Synthesis and characterization of 3-alkyl-4-amino-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole derivatives

摘要 以3-烷基-4-氨基-5-巯基-1,2,4-三唑为起始原料,与1,2-二溴乙烷缩合制得双氨基三唑硫醚,再与取代的芳香醛在醋酸回流下缩合,即制得相应的三唑席夫碱类化合物。所得席夫碱类新化合物的结构均经FT-IR、1HNMR、MS和13CNMR确证。 The derivatives of 1,2,4-triazole Schiff base were synthesized in acetic acid via condensation of substituted benzaldehyde with bis( amino-triazole thioethers), which were synthesized through condensation of 3-alkyl-4-amino-5-mercapto- 1,2,4-triazole with 1,2-dibromoenthane. The structures of new compounds were confirmed by IR, 1HNMR, MS and 13 CNMR.
