摘要
以辛可宁为原料,经Mitsunobu反应合成了9-氨基(9-脱氧)表辛可宁,然后分别与对甲苯磺酰氯、对氯苯磺酰氯反应,合成了两个新手性磺酰胺,其结构经红外光谱和核磁共振确证。
9-Amino(9-deoxy)epicinchonine was synthesized from cinchonine through the Mitsunobu reaction and was treated with p-toluenesulfonyl chloride, 4-chlorobenzenc suffonyl chloride respectively to give two new chiral sulfonamides. The structures of sulfonamides had been determined by IR and IHNMR spectrometry.
