摘要
对精细化工产品1,2-乙二硫醇的传统合成工艺进行了改进。改进裂解试剂,缩短反应时间,简化工艺。此工艺周期缩短,设备简化,操作简便,生产成本降低,产率明显提高,稳定可控,适合放大量生产制备。
The traditional technique for synthesis of the fine chemical product 1,2-ethanedithiol was improved thanks to changes in reaction reagents and shortened reaction time, and simplified preparation process. The preparation cycle was reduced, the equipment was simplified, and operations were streamlined. The production cost was lowered and the yield was increased obviously. The newtechnique for preparation of 1,2- ethanedithiol was stable and could be easily controlled to be suitable for preparation in an enlarged scale.
