摘要
我国的烟化炉往往是凭人工经验进行操作，常常出现“冲大煤”、炉尾爆炸等生产事故。为改变这一现状，我们在某锡烟化炉上进行烟化炉控制特性实验，对炼锡烟化炉的热工特性和过程控制特性进行分析，提出以供煤量和风煤比为输入量，炉温为输出量的模糊控制策略，并对双输入单输出的模糊控制器进行初步的设计。
Characteristic tests are carried out in a fuming furnace to change the state that control standard is very low in fuming furnace processes. According to the result of tests the thermal properties and control characteristics of the fuming furnace for tinsmelting processes have been analyzed. A control scheme is created which comprising that the flow rate of coal and air/coal ratio are inputs, and the temperature is output. Finallya fuzzy controller with 2 input and 1 output system is designed. \ \
