排毒增益汤对弓形虫感染雄鼠细胞免疫的影响

Effect of Paidu Zengyi decoction on cellular immunity of male mice infected by Toxoplasma gondii

目的:观察排毒增益汤对弓形虫感染雄鼠细胞免疫功能的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法:采用AH株弓形虫包囊感染8 W龄雄鼠模型,设立正常对照组、模型组、乙胺嘧啶阳性药物组、排毒增益汤大、中、小剂量组。分别用MTT法、ELISA法测定T淋巴细胞转化率和细胞因子IFN-γ、IL-2和IL-4含量。结果:排毒增益汤各剂量组T淋巴细胞转化率和细胞因子IFN-γ、IL-2含量均高于模型组(P<0.05)。结论:排毒增益汤具有提高弓形虫感染雄鼠细胞免疫功能的作用。

Objective：To observe the effect of immune function of Paidu Zengyi decoction on male mice infected by Toxoplasma gondii and to study its mechanism. Method：the models of the 8-week male mice are infected with AH Toxoplasma gondii and divided into.control group, model group, pyrimetharpme group, large,medium and small doses of Paidu Zengyi decoction groups. The following methods are restively used： MTT and ELISA to test the proliferation rate of T lymophcyte and the level of IFN-γ,IL-2,IL-4 in serum. Result： All doses of Paidu Zengyi decoction can obviously improve the proliferation rate of T lymophcyte and the level of IFN-γ, IL-2 in serum. Conclusion： Paidu Zengyi decoction can obviously improve immune function of male mice infected by Toxoplasma gondii.
