摘要
川西冕宁牦牛坪稀土矿区的黑色土状风化物作为一种新型的稀土矿物已受到各方矿物研究者的注意。由它形成的黑色矿泥是具有回收价值的稀土资源。本工作在黑色土状风化物中稀土元素赋存形态研究的基础上,尝试用氯化法提取其中的稀土。经热力学计算表明,采用固体氯化钠为氯化剂,对稀土矿泥进行加碳中温氯化焙烧能使矿泥中的稀土转化成水溶性的稀土氯化物。实验表明焙烧后的稀土浸出率达82%~84%,而且水浸液中铁含量低,为稀土与非稀土元素的进一步分离提纯创造了良好条件。
Black weathered earth, a new ore of rare earths, discovered in Mianing′s Maoniuping rare earth deposit in West Sichuan Province has been noticed by mineralogists The black slime formed is important resource of MRE and HRE This work intends to extract rare earthe lements from the slime by chloridizing roasting based on the study of existence form of rare earth elements in the black weathered earth The calculated results of thermodynamics show that rare earth elements in the slime could be truned into water soluble rare earth chloride by chloridizing roasting with carbon at medium temperature The experimental results show that this assumption is feasible The extraction rate of rare earth in the roasted slime can reach to 82%~84% The study creates farourable conditions for further separation and purification of rare earth elements to this type of rare earth resource
