光激发光在核辐射事故测量中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的期望发现一种能应用于核辐射事故剂量学的新的光激发光应用材料。方法取常用的塑封集成电路芯片制成粉末样品,测量其光激发光信号对辐射剂量的响应。结果粉末样品在光激发下都发射光激发光信号且与辐射成线性关系。结论初步认为光激发光测量技术不仅可以用于核辐射事故的剂量重建,并且可作为生物剂量测量的补充。 Objective Objective In order to find some dosimeters for irradiation accidents, the optically stimulated luminescence (OSL) characteristics of Integrate circuit (IC) chips were studied. Methods IC chips powder samples were prepared, and the OSL curves and their dose response and stability were measured. Results The OSL signals were observed while the samples were exposed to blue light or infrared light, and the signal is linear to the absorbed dose. Conclusion It is possible that the IC chips can be used as dosimeters for irradiation accident.
