The transformed and before general situations of medium and finishing stands for compound smallsection mill of changcheng No.4 Special steel Plant were introduced. This paper emphatically introduced the arrangement of medium and finishing rolling line and the features of controlled cooling line. It also pointed out the problems in trialproduction and future developing direction.
