摘要
衰老是自然界一种复杂的、不同器官和系统呈现一系列特定变化的生命现象,是生命运动的自然过程,其机制很复杂。细胞衰老与个体衰老及细胞癌变等重要生理、病理现象密切相关。本文将对参与、影响和调控细胞衰老过程的重要基因,如MORF4、p21、p16和p53等近年来的研究进展作一综述。
