摘要 探讨了聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)对棉纤维直接染料染色的影响,测定了不同工艺条件下的上染速率曲线,并与非离子表面活性剂进行比较.结果表明:PVP有较强的缓染和匀染作用.通过测定染液吸收光谱对聚乙烯吡咯烷酮与直接染料间的相互作用进行了分析.结果表明:(1)PVP与染料发生了相互作用,形成了缔合物,从而减慢上染速度;(2)在中性电解质存在下,PVP能与染料发生缔合作用,从而减缓上染速度,同时可减少织物表面聚集的染料,提高匀染性和渗透性. The influence of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) on the cotton dyeing process with direct dyes was studied and the dye uptake rate curves under different conditions were plotted and compared with those of the non-ionic surfactants. The results showed that PVP had quite strong retarding and levelling effects. The interaction between PVP and direct dyes was analyzed by absorption spectrum determination of the dye liquors. It was shown that (1) PVP reacted with the dyes to form complexes and decreased the dye uptake rate, and (2) PVP could complex with the dyes in the presence of neutral electrolytes to decrease the dye uptake rate and to diminish the dye aggregation on the fabrics, thus improving the levelling and penetrating properties.
