摘要
以己酸钌、辛酸铅和己酸为原料合成Pb2Ru2O6.5纳米晶,平均粒度为40nm,烧成温度为600℃,低于传统的合成温度。用红外光谱、差热分析、X射线衍射对合成过程进行了研究,用透射电镜考察纳米晶的粒度和形貌,用BET吸附法测定纳米晶的比表面积。合成的纳米晶Pb2Ru2O6.5纯度高,粒度小且较均匀,在常温下属立方晶烧绿石结构。
Nanocrystals, Pb 2Ru 2O 6 5 , with average size of 40nm were synthesized by using lead n-octate, ruthenium hexate, and hexoic acid as raw materials at the temperature of 600℃. The nanocrystaline Pb 2Ru 2O 6 5 samples were characterized by transmission electron microscope, DTA-TG, IR, X-ray diffraction, and BET.
