扶正解毒汤配合肝动脉栓塞化疗术治疗原发性肝癌32例

Thirty-two Cases of Primary Liver Cancer Treated by Fuzheng Jiedu Decoction with Arterial Chemoembolization

目的:观察扶正解毒汤配合肝动脉栓塞化疗术(TACE)治疗原发性肝癌的治疗效果。方法:①治疗组在使用护肝药物的同时,于TACE术后给予中药扶正解毒汤口服,日1剂,14 d为1个疗程,对TACE术后患者出现的发热、肝区疼痛、恶心、呕吐持续时间及黄疸等临床症状进行统计观察;②在TACE术前、术后第7天及术后第14天,检查两组患者肝功能并进行统计观察;③生存质量改善评定。结果:扶正解毒汤可减轻TACE导致的临床副反应和肝损害,提高患者的生存质量。结论:扶正解毒汤可改善患者临床症状及肝功能,提高患者的生存质量。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of Fuzheng Jiedu Decoction combined with TACE in treating primary liver cancer. Method： 1. Treatment group were given protective-liver medicine and taken orally Fuzheng Jiedu Decoction after the Operation of TACE, a dose each day, and a course containing 14 days. The clinical symptoms of jaunclice after TACE operation such as fever, pain in liver, the duration time of vomiting; 2. Before or after 7 days of TACE operation, and 14 clays later, the liver functions of the two groups were observed and counted; 3. The improvement of survival quality was evaluated. Result： Fuzheng Jiedu Decoction can reduce the clinical side-effects and liver injury caused by TACE and improve the patients life quality. Conclusion： Fuzheng Jiedu Decoction can improve patient＇s clinical symptoms and liver function, and improve patients life quality.
