摘要
本研究采用正交试验考察了铅锌复合氧化物的制备条件,如铅锌比、老化时间、煅烧温度、煅烧时间和氨水浓度对催化剂的影响,实验结果表明煅烧温度显著影响催化剂的活性.以铅锌复合氧化物为催化剂,在常压,温度为160-190℃,n(苯酚)∶n(碳酸二甲酯)∶n(催化剂)为4∶1∶0.04,反应时间约为6 h的条件下,碳酸二苯酯的转化率为77.95%.XRD谱结果表明,PbO为主催化剂,ZnO为助催化剂.
Diphenyl carbonate (DPC) is an important intermediate in plastic industry. Synthesis of DPC by transesterification is a novel method substituted for conventional phosgene method. Terms of the reaction, such as lead-zinc rate, aging for time, the temperature of calcining, calcine time and ammonia water density impacted on catalyst were investigated systemly. The experimental result shows, calcine temperature influences activation and alternative of catalyst notably. Under the atmosphere, temperature is within the range of 160 - 190℃, n (phenol) : n (diphenyl carbonate) : n (catalyst) =4:1:0. 04, reaction time is 6 h. Diphenyl carbonate accepting rate is 77.95%. PbO is main catalyst, ZnO is assistant catalyst.
