摘要
氯化钾镀锌使用至今,虽保留了一些优点,但也逐渐暴露出其镀层防蚀力差、彩钝层结合力差且色泽易变淡、废水中富含的有机物难以处理等缺点。强调在工艺维护、主光剂选择、杂质处理及减少氨氮引入、工艺适用范围等方面予以特别关注。
Zinc electroplating from potassium chloride bath has shown various advantages since its being put into use. However, it also has the disadvantages such as poor corrosion resistance of the coating, poor adhesion and liability to tarnishing of the colorful passivation layer, and difficulty in the treatment of the wastewater rich of orhanic compounds. Thus it could be imperative to modify the electroplating process with respect to the maintenance of the technic, the selection of the major brightening agent, the treatment of the purities, and the avoidance of the introduction of amino N, so as to properly apply the Zn electroplating process in engineering.
