浅刺针法治疗肥胖症临床观察

Clinical Observations on Treatment of Obesity by Shallow Needling Method

目的观察浅刺法治疗肥胖症的疗效。方法采用随机对照的方法,分别设立浅刺组(治疗组)和常规针刺组(对照组)各40例。观察两组患者治疗前后体重指数(BMI)及血糖(BS)、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)的变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组为92.5%,两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论浅刺法和常规针刺方法在治疗肥胖症方面疗效相当,但是患者对浅刺法易于接受且能坚持。

Objective To explore the efficacy of shallow needling method in treating obesity. Methods A randomized control method was used to establish a shallow needling （treatment） group of 40 cases and a conventional acupuncture （control） group of 40 cases. Body mass index （BMI）, blood sugar （BS）, total cholesterol （TC） and triglyceride （TG） were measured in the two groups of patients before and after treatment. Results The total efficacy rate was 90.0% in the treatment group and 92.5% in the control group. There was no statistically significant difference in the total efficacy rate between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Shallow needling method and conventional acupuncture have the same therapeutic effect on obesity, but the patients easily accept and have good compliance to shallow needling method.
