辨证分期针刺治疗面神经炎疗效观察

Observations on Efficacy of Acupuncture by Syndrome Differentiation and Stages in Treating Facial Neuritis

目的探讨治疗面神经炎的更有效治疗方法。方法78例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组辨证分期取穴针刺,对照组仅分期针刺,观察疗效与治愈时间。结果治疗组治愈率为76.9%,对照组治愈率为48.7%,治疗组治愈患者所需平均疗程为2.9个,对照组为4个,比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论辨证分期针刺治疗面神经炎疗效优于单纯分期针刺。

Objective To seek a more effective method for treating facial neuritis. Methods Seventy-eight patients were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture of points selected by syndrome differentiation and stages and the control group, with acupuncture only by stages. The therapeutic effect and cure time were evaluated. Results The cure rate was 76.9% in the treatment group and 48.7% in the control group. The average number of treatment courses for the cured patients was 2.9 in the treatment group and 4.0 in the control group. There were statistically significant differences in both （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The effect of acupuncture by syndrome differentiation and stages is superior to that of acupuncture only by stages in treating facial neuritis.
