摘要
闻名遐迩的景德镇窑,在世界的古典陶瓷窑炉中有着显要的地位,本文旨在建立含旋流的窑内稳态三维湍流的数学物理模型,并运用大型计算流体软件FLUENT对景德镇柴窑内部流场进行数值模拟,利用模拟出来的流场和温度场信息进行结果分析,与实测值进行比较来验证模型的正确性,并由此探讨柴窑结构的合理性。
The well-known Jingdezhen kiln, holds pre-eminant position among the classical porcelain kilns of the world. In this paper, the mathematic models of the static three-dimensional turbulent swirling flows have been established. We numerically simulate the inner flows of the kiln using by the CFD software- Fluent. Numerical simulation results has been analysed and be compared to the real date in order to prove the model, then dicuss the rational character of Jingdezhen kiln's structure.
