摘要
通过对我国22年内(1985年～2006年)陶瓷砖发明专利、实用新型专利及外观设计专利的系统分析,从内墙砖、外墙砖、地砖三个方面对专利的申请量、专利类型、行业主要竟争者等情况进行了分析。
This article conducted a systematic analysis on the application trend, types of patent, regions of application distributed, category of applicants and the position of major competitors within 22 years （1985-2006） of ceramic tile invention patent, utility model patent and industrial design patent, on the basis of which this article analyses the application trend, types of patent distributed and patent content of inner wall tile, outside-wall brick, floor tile and presents the new characters and trend of their patented products
