摘要
以衣康酸(IA)、烯丙基磺酸钠(SAS)和甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为反应单体,通过自由基共聚法制备了一种具有两亲结构的水溶性超分子分散剂(SPMIS)。并通过FT-IR、XRD、DSC、SEM、流变仪对其结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明,该分散剂最佳合成条件为w(SAS)∶w(MAA)=1.0∶1.3,w(引发剂)/w(单体)=0.10,聚合温度为70℃;分散剂的最佳添加量为0.40wt%(相对绝干料),料浆的零剪切黏度由3920mPa·s降低到91mPa·s。SEM亦表明,分散剂SPMIS的加入使粘土颗粒分散均匀,且不存在颗粒聚集现象。
Through radical copolymeriation, waterborne supra-poly (methacrylic acid/itaconic acid/ sodium allyl sulphonate) (SPMIS) with hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups was prepared by reacting itaconic acid(IA), sodium allyl sulphonate(SAS). And its structure and properties were characterized by FT-IR, XRD, DSC, SEM and rheology. It is found that the optimum synthesis condition is as following: SAS : ME=1.0 : 1.3, w(initiator)/w(monomer)=0.10, polymerization temperature is 70℃ . It is also found that the slurry' s zero shear viscosity decreases from 3920mPa·s to 91mPa·s when the concentration of SPMIS is 0.40 wt % (based on the absolute dry slurry). SEM photographs show that SPMIS is an effective dispersant for agglomeration control and beneficial to the dispersion of particles.
