摘要
研究了不同浓度硒处理对镉胁迫下油菜种子萌发及幼苗生长和生理特性的影响,结果表明,油菜的相对发芽势、相对发芽率、相对活力指数、相对苗高、相对苗重、相对根冠比、相对电导率、相对CAT活性、相对SOD活性、相对POD活性、相对MDA和相对叶绿素含量均随着硒浓度的变化呈现一定的相关性。低硒(低于15 mg/L)能促进镉胁迫下油菜的生长和各种生理活性的提高,说明低硒浓度下,硒、镉呈现拮抗作用;高硒(高于15 mg/L)加剧了油菜重金属毒害症状,说明高硒浓度下,硒、镉呈现协同作用。
This paper studied the effect of different concentrationson of Se on some physiological characteristics of Brassica napus under Cd stress. The result showed that the changes of Se concentration had certain relations with comparative burgeon force, burgeon ratio, vigor index, plant height, plant weight, root : shoot ratio, conductance, CAT, SOD, POD, MDA and chlorophyll. Se at low concentration ( 15mg/L) could promote some physiological characteristics of Brassica. napus under Cd stress, and showed an antagonistic effect with Cd,while high concentration of Se (〉15 mg/L) increased the poison symptom of heavy metal,and presented a synergistic effect with Cd.
