摘要
采用直接差分法对铸铁件凝固过程中的体积变化规律进行了模拟计算,求出了铸件凝固胀缩叠加均衡时刻点及凝固时间,模拟结果可做为冒口补缩工艺设计的依据。
With direct finite difference method. The volume variation during solidification of iron casting was simulated . The time of proportional solidification and the solidification time are calculated. The results can be applied to the riser design.
