摘要
小湾水电站坝基开挖深度大、地应力高、坝基岩体卸荷松弛严重、表层岩石裂隙连通率好。采用有盖重固结灌浆,工程量大、工期短,与坝体混凝土浇筑和温控防裂关系密切,固结灌浆工艺复杂多样,施工干扰多,质量管理难度大。主要针对小湾坝基固结灌浆的特点和质量控制措施进行总结,供其它同类型工程借鉴。
There exist big excavated depth of dam, high geostatic stress, severe relief & relaxation and good interconnection of rock fissures on surface stratum. The weighted consolidation grouting is applied with a large amount of engineering quantity, and has a clear relationship with dam concreting and temperature control for cracks. The consolidation grouting technology is complicated and varied, with construction interferences and great quality management. By conclusion of consolidation grouting features and quality control measures for Xiaowan hydropower project, it will provide reference for other similar projects.
