结合工作经验,提出了招标文件编制过程中及招标文件在表达完善、完备性上应注意的问题,对标书的编制具有一定参考意义,同时对监理工程师阅审招标文件时,具有一定的借鉴意义。

In line with working experience, the attention shall be paid to the word expression and the completeness in the preparation of tender documents, which provides guidance to similar tender preparation. Meanwhile, it also furnishes certain reference for reviewing tender document by the Engineer.
