摘要 对YG11C和YG13C两种牌号硬质合金热处理后的微观组织进行了TEM分析。通过电子衍射花样的标定,确认了CoxWyCz物相在淬火回火所得到的面心立方钴(α-Co)中的存在,并结合硬质合金热处理前后抗弯强度的测定,对该类物相在面心立方钴中的作用进行了初步探讨。结果表明:ε-M,Co3W,Co7W6,κ-Co3W9C4等物相在热处理后的硬质合金中可起到强化作用。 Speciments of YG11C and YG13C cemented carbides were subjected to various heat treatments. The structures of the specimens were analyzed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) The existences of Co[HTK〗xW[HTK〗yC[HTK〗zphases were ascertained by electron diffraction Their effects on fcc cobalt were discussed in terms of the transverse rupture strengths of the cemented carbides before and after the heat treatment The results show after heat treatment the ε-M, Co3W,Co7W6 and κ-Co3W9C4 phases may strengthen the fcc cobalt in the alloys, thereby improving the transverse rupture strength of the cemented carbides
