Research on the Scale and Dimension of Quality Culture Evaluation

To study methods of quality culture evaluation, the antecedent problem concerning evaluation scale and evaluation dimension is proposed. Firstly, selection method for the evaluation scale （i.e. progressive nature） is discussed, and characteristics of the evaluation scale are described. Secondly, the first evaluation dimension （i.e. basic levels） and the second evaluation dimension （i.e. inner elements） are studied in particular. Finally, corresponding relationships between evaluation scale and evaluation dimension are summarized, and the framework of quality culture evaluation is constructed.
