胰岛素抵抗和血管性假血友病因子与不同类型冠心病的关系

The relationship among insulin resistance,von willebrand factor and different types of coronary heart disease

摘要 目的:研究胰岛素抵抗(IR)与血管性假血友病因子(vWF)与不同类型冠心病的关系。方法:对52例冠心病患者和16例对照组行空腹血糖(FSG)、空腹胰岛素(FSI)、vWF测定及冠脉造影检查。并计算胰岛素敏感指数ISI=ln[1/(FSG×FSI)]。将52例冠心病患者分为稳定型心绞痛组(SAP)和不稳定型心绞痛组(UAP)。结果:冠心病组FSI、vWF明显增高,ISI明显下降。UAP组ISI明显低于SAP组,血浆vWF浓度明显高于SAP组。结论:冠心病患者的IR、血浆vWF水平与冠心病的不同类型密切相关。 Objective:To study the relationship of different types of coronary heart disease to insulin resistence (IR) and yon willebrand factor (vWF). Methods : The fasting serum glucose (FSG), fasting serum insulin(FSI),vWF and coronary arteriography were measured in 52 patients with CHD and 16 healthy subjects. insulin-sensitivity index(ISI)-- ln(1/FSG×FIS) was calculated. CHD patients (n=52)were divided into two groups stable angina pectoris(SAP) group(n=23) and unstable angina pectoris (UAP) group(n=29). Results: The concentration of FSI and plasma vWF is higher and ISI was less in CHD group than in control group. FSI and vWF level was higher and ISI was less in UAP group than in SAP group. Conclusions: the level of IR and vWF is correlated with the type of coronary heart disease (CHD) patients.
