摘要
对制氢转化炉管常见的裂纹、气孔缺陷进行了理论分析,从工装准备、涂料制备及喷涂工艺上提出了改进措施,有效预防了炉管的横向裂纹及气孔缺陷。利用EMPA1600电子探针和波谱仪对炉管表面的夹渣物进行了定性和定量分析,认为夹渣主要为炉渣和合金元素的氧化物,还存在Nb的严重成分偏析,并从冶炼和浇注工艺上提出了改进措施。
The defects such as crack and blowhole in fabricating hydrogen reformer tube was analyzed, Some measures are proposed from implement preparation, coating preparation and spraying technology to prevent the cross crack and blowhole effectively. The inclusion on the surface of reformer tube was analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by EPMA-1600 electron probe and WDS. It is thought that the surface inclusion consists of slag and some oxides. Simultaneity, there is serious Niobium aggregation. Some metallurgical technology and pouring technology are proposed to eliminate these defects.
