摘要 1台使用了大约5 a的蒸汽锅炉过热器(使用压力2.0 MPa,蒸汽产量17 t/h左右,使用温度350℃)在出口集箱管和盘管的焊缝及其热影响区内出现了网状裂纹,蛇形盘管多次发生开裂和断裂。分析认为,该过热器产生裂纹甚至断裂与结构、材料和焊接等因素有关。通过增加膨胀弯和更换材质,减小了焊接缺陷,改善了应力状态,使用效果良好。 The article is about a steam boiler superheater (working pressure is 2.0 MPa,steam quantity is about 17 t/h and working temperature is 350℃ or so) ,after it has been used for 4 to 5 years,the netlike crackle began to appear in the welding line,in its heat influencing area of the channel outlet tube and the spiral tube,the crack and failure occurred in the snakelike spiral tube time after time. On the basis of analyzing, the crack and failure were closely related with structure,material and welding. After the improvements of expansion joint ratio enlarged,reasonable material selected, welding defect reduced, and the stress state improved, its working effect is still good after 3 years' use.
