肝癌肝移植及肝癌肝切除术后复发特点的比较

Comparison on Characteristics of Tumor Recurrence of Hepatocellular Carcinoma after Liver Transplantation and Hepatectomy

目的了解肝癌患者行肝移植或肝切除两种手术治疗后肿瘤复发的不同特点。方法复习国内、外文献,比较二者的特点。结果肝癌肝移植与肝癌肝切除术后复发率、复发时间、常见部位、复发相关因素、机理等方面均有所不同。结论根据肝癌肝移植或肝切除术后复发的不同特点,针对性地加强肝癌复发的预防,重视复发后的治疗,以延长术后生存,改善生活质量。

Objective To explore the different characteristics of tumor recurrence after liver transplantation （LT） and hepatectomy （HC） in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC）. Methods The literatures about tumor recurrence of HCC after LT and HC were reviewed and their characteristics were compared. Results There are distinctions of recurrence rates, time, common sites between the recurred tumors after LT and HC, and their correlation factors and mechanisms of recurrence are also different. Conclusion Preventive measures should be strengthened and treatments should he more targeted according to the different characteristics of tumor recurrence after LT and HC to improve postoperative life quality and increase the survival rate.
