摘要 目的对造血干细胞(hematopoietic stem cell)微环境的研究现状作一综述。方法阅读近年国内、外相关文献,对造血干细胞微环境的组成,以及参与调控造血干细胞的相关细胞因子及相关细胞信号通路的研究进展进行总结。结果造血干细胞的活动通过与周围细胞构成的微环境(即干细胞微环境)来控制的,其调控不可能通过一种信号通路来完成,当然也不可能仅仅通过成骨细胞来单独完成对造血干细胞自我更新和分化调节。结论微环境对造血干细胞的调节通过多环节起作用,随着对其研究的深入可以使我们对干细胞的性质有更全面的了解,并且对以干细胞为基础的治疗提供更广阔的空间。 Objective To give a summary of the current researches on hematopoietic stem cell niche. Methods Through extensive reviewing the related domestic and abroad literatures, the present summary reviews the components of hematopoietic stem cell niche, related cell factors and related cell signaling pathway participating in regulation of hematopoietic stem cell. Results The activities of hematopoietic stem cells are regulated by the niche (microenvironment), which is composed of hematopoietic stem cell and its surrounding cells. The regulation cannot be completed through one signaling pathway. Also, the self-renewal and differentiation of hematopoietic stem cell cannot be completed only through osteoblastic cells. Conclusion The niche regulates hematopoietic stem cells by different ways. With study in-depth, we will comprehensively understand the nature of stem cells and the study will provide a broader space to stem cell-based therapy.
