摘要
硫化是钢帘线与橡胶粘结反应的重要工艺,本文用俄歇谱仪对硫化前后钢帘线表面黄铜镀层进行测试,对比分析给出了硫化前后钢帘线的成分变化、各元素走向以及硫化时镀层与橡胶的反应区域,揭示了硫化过程中帘线与橡胶界面上的一些反应规律,对提高橡胶与帘线粘结水平有重要的指导意义。
Sulphuration is a key process during adhesion between rubber and steelcord. AES method is used in this paper to analyze the composition of the brass coating before and after sulphuration. The results show the law of the compositional variation, the diffusion tendency and the reacting area, which are of great value in the production of steelcord and tire.
