摘要
送丝速度对焊接质量与效率有较大影响。针对现有焊机送丝机构存在的送丝速度不稳定等问题,以8051单片机为核心,研究了计算机化的送丝机构自动控制系统,给出了硬件原理图的关键部分,分析了影响送丝质量的几个关键测控因素。该系统具有动、静态品质优良,送丝稳定,调节方便,结构简单,适应能力强等特点。
Wire feeding speed have a greater impact on welding quality and efficiency.Focus on wire feeding speed instability of the existing welding wire feeding institutions,with the 8051 microeontroller as the core,the computerized wire feeding automatic control system is developed,and the essential parts of the hardware,principle schematic are also given,furthermore some key control factors on impacting wire feeding quality is analysed.The system is charactered with dynamic and static quality,wire feeding stable ,convenient adjustment, simple structure and ability to adapt to changes and so on.
