经前路治疗无神经损伤胸腰段爆裂骨折的临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价经前路治疗无神经损伤胸腰椎爆裂骨折的临床疗效。方法对我院骨科收治58例无神经损伤胸腰椎爆裂骨折临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果58例均获得随访,无1例出现腰背痛、脊髓神经损伤及胸腰椎后凸畸形。结论无神经损伤胸腰椎爆裂骨折经前路手术,减压彻底,融合快,固定坚强,且避免了后期发生后凸畸形引起脊髓神经再损伤的潜在危险。 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the anterior approaches for treating the thoracolumbar bursting fracture without nerve injuries. Methods The clinical data of 58 patients who had thoracolumbar bursting fracture without nerve injury were retrospectively analysed. Results In the follow-up of all the 58 patients,there were no symptoms of lumbago, neurological injuries of spinal cord, and kyphosis deformity of thoracolumbar region. Conclusion Anterior approaches for the thoracolumbar bursting fracture without neurological injuries provide complete decompression, quick sacralization and stable fixation, and also effectively avoid the risk of spinal cord injury caused by kyphosis deformity.
